Ingredients

1 smallbutter
100 gramsonion
350 mlmilk
150 gramsbroccoli florets
45 gramsparmesan grated
1 pinchnutmeg
80 gramspasta shells
1 1/2 tbspplain flour

1

melt butter in saucepan, cook onion until soften
2

sprinkle over flour and stir
3

blend in the milk and bring to boil
4

add broccoli and cover simmer for 5-6 mins until broccoli is tender
5

add parmesan and nutmeg, blend until smooth
