Ingredients

  1. 1 smallbutter
  2. 100 gramsonion
  3. 350 mlmilk
  4. 150 gramsbroccoli florets
  5. 45 gramsparmesan grated
  6. 1 pinchnutmeg
  7. 80 gramspasta shells
  8. 1 1/2 tbspplain flour

Steps

  1. 1

    melt butter in saucepan, cook onion until soften

  2. 2

    sprinkle over flour and stir

  3. 3

    blend in the milk and bring to boil

  4. 4

    add broccoli and cover simmer for 5-6 mins until broccoli is tender

  5. 5

    add parmesan and nutmeg, blend until smooth
