Dice every Tomato in 4-6 Large chunks(use only Red ripen tomato), Julian the Ginger finely, cut the Chillies into half diagonally..

In a Pan, put the entire Butter and a Teaspoon of Vegetable oil so the Butter does not burn, and let is melt on low flame.

Add the Ginger and Chillies and saute for 2 Minutes, Now add Tomato, put some salt and cover the pan and let it simmer with medium flame for 5 minutes.

Once the Tomato leaves water, add all the Chicken and 1 to 2 teaspoons of freshly grounded Black Pepper and let it cook in the tomato gravy with covered lid on medium Flame.

Once the Chicken is cooked, uncover the Lid and reduce the Gravy as desired. Ideally it should be reduced to a thick paste like consistence and your Hot, Spicy and Tangy Ginger Chicken is Ready to touch your Taste Buds...
