In a large pressure cooker melt the butter then saute the beef

Add salt, pepper, celery, and onion. Cook for about a min.

Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, tobasco sauce and just 2 cups of water

Cook for 17 mins at 15 psi.

After 17 mins of cook time combine 1 cup of cold water and flour in a separate bowl

Slowly add the water flour mixture until deaired thickness is reached

Serve of cooked egg noodles
