Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2Granny Smith apple
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 4 tspSugar
  • 3 tbspDijon mustard
  • 1/4 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel core and chop apple. Put apple, lemon juice, and sugar into small pot. Cover and cook over medium heat , until apples are soft and absorb liquids.

  2. 2

    Pour into food processor along with Dijon mustard and salt. Then let cool
