2 boxwild rice
3 tbspbutter
1 largesweet onion
12 ozassorted mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 cupMarsala
1/2 cupchopped flat leaf parsley

Steps

Prepare rice as directed.

Saute onions and butter.

Add mushrooms and salt.

Saute 4-5 minutes. Add Marsala and saute until liquid is absorbed.

Add chopped parsley.
