Ingredients

  1. 2 boxwild rice
  2. 3 tbspbutter
  3. 1 largesweet onion
  4. 12 ozassorted mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 cupMarsala
  7. 1/2 cupchopped flat leaf parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare rice as directed.

  2. 2

    Saute onions and butter.

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms and salt.

  4. 4

    Saute 4-5 minutes. Add Marsala and saute until liquid is absorbed.

    Add chopped parsley.
