  • 1 3/4 tbspPepper
  • 24 eachhard boiled egges sliced
  • 4 eachgiblets from 4 turkeys

    over medium heat bring butter to boil until thickens

  2. 2

    Add flour stir well

  3. 3

    Cook down until color of peanut butter

  4. 4

    add broth

  5. 5

    stir until thickened add salt and pepper

  6. 6

    bring to a boil

  7. 7

    add giblets

  8. 8

    add eggs

  9. 9

    serve
