Melt chocolate and butter together

In a separate bowl, mix sugar, eggs and vanilla essence

Once cool, add chocolate and butter mixture to sugar and egg mixture and mix together

Then add flour and salt and mix everything together

Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C
- 6
Leave to cool completely and even refrigerate before cutting into squares . The mix is very gooey and needs time to set before cutting . Makes about 25 brownies
