In saucepan sprinkle gelatin over milk and wait 1 minute. Stir over low heat until dissolved (about 5 min)

Add chocolate stirring constatntly until melted. Then stir in vanilla

Remove from heat and stir occasionally, adding Baileys about 5 minutes after

Stir in whipped topping and put in pie crust

Chill 4 hours
