Kale Chips With Himalayan Salt & Nutritional Yeast

Preheat oven to 375°F then wash, dry and tear Kale into large 4" pieces.

Put Kale in a large bowl and rub olive oil into the Kale by hand to coat fully and evenly.

Sprinkle Kale with salt and yeast and toss to coat.

Spread Kale in large baking pan. I use a lasagna pan for the high sides.

Put pan in oven and watch very carefully to avoid burning Kale. It will shrivel down to 1/4 the amount you started with. Stir frequently while cooking.

You will be able to tell its done by feeling it. Kale should be crispy and dark

Eat right away. Serves 4 as a small side dish or as a nutritious snack.
