  2. 1 packagesbean sprout, rinsed and drained, remove husks if any
  3. 1 packagespickled mustard (pronounced as Zha Cai in Chinese, get the pre-cut version that is not too salty), rinsed and drained
  4. Other
  5. 2 tbsplight soya sauce
  6. 3 tbspcooking oil
  7. 1 piecered chilli, remove seed and shredded (please wear gloves! )
  8. white pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat. Add bean sprout and pickled mustard, stir fry for half minute.

    Add in light soya sauce, white pepper powder and red chilli. Stir fry evenly for half minute.

    Ready to serve with rice or porridge.

Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world.
