cook onions and garlic in a large pot covered with 1/4 cup water for 10 min.

stir in turmeric cinnamon curry cumin nutmeg flakes salt and pepper. cook for 3 min. stir in potatoes pepper eggplant and broth. simmer covered 5 min

add beans tomatos and cook 45 min.
