2 tbspchilli sauce
1salt
1 tbspcornstarch
2eggs
3scallions
500 gramschicken breast, diced

heat oil. add chopped garlic and ginger. heat two min.

add ketchup chili sauce and 1 cup water. simmer 7 min
3

in a bowl mix chicken half of chili sauce, cornstarch, and egg.

in a new frying pan, heat oil and fry chicken. no more than 3 min
5

in the sauce, add egg and beat.

remove from heat. add scallions and serve over chicken
