1 cupsun flower seeds
1 cupalmonds
1 cupwalnuts
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupmaple syrup
3/4 cuphoney
1 cupvegetable oil
1 tbspcinnamon
1 tbspvanilla
2 cupraisins
8 cupwhole wheat rolled oats
1 cupcoconut flakes

preheat oven 325

combine oats, wheat germ, all flakes nuts and seeds in a large bowl. in a pan, stir in cinnamon salt sugar syrup honey oil and vanilla.

pour liqui mixture over oats. spread onto two lined baking sheets

bake 20 min. cool. mix in raisins
