  1. 1 1/2 cupwheat germ
  2. 1 cupsun flower seeds
  3. 1 cupalmonds
  4. 1 cupwalnuts
  5. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1/4 cupmaple syrup
  7. 3/4 cuphoney
  8. 1 cupvegetable oil
  9. 1 tbspcinnamon
  10. 1 tbspvanilla
  11. 2 cupraisins
  12. 8 cupwhole wheat rolled oats
  13. 1 cupcoconut flakes

    preheat oven 325

  2. 2

    combine oats, wheat germ, all flakes nuts and seeds in a large bowl. in a pan, stir in cinnamon salt sugar syrup honey oil and vanilla.

  3. 3

    pour liqui mixture over oats. spread onto two lined baking sheets

  4. 4

    bake 20 min. cool. mix in raisins
