  • 2jacket potatoes
  • Butter
  • Grated cheese

Steps

75 mins
  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to gas mark 9

  2. 2

    Take a small sharp knife and make small cuts on each side of the potato

  3. 3

    Wrap in tin foil and place in the oven

  4. 4

    Leave to cook for 75-85 minutes (check at 60 mins and then at 75 - potatoes should squash a bit to be ready

    Halve and serve with butter and/or cheese!
