Steps

In a bowl, add potatoes and mash it well.

In a jar add peas, coriander, green chili, ginger and make a paste, try to add less water as much as you can.

In a pan add 1tsp oil and stir pea mixture to absorb maximum water from it.

Once all water is absorbed, add the mixture to the potatoes.

In a bowl add cashew powder, spices and cornflour as well make a Tikki or else make oval shape kababs and add to ice-cream stick.

Shallow fry or else deep fry these little cuties.

Serve hot with mint Chutney and crispy onion.
