Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 slicesmultigrain bread
  • 4cheese slices
  • 1large onion chopped
  • 1medium deseeded tomato chopped
  • 10green and Black olives chopped
  • 1/2 cupcooked couscous
  • 1bellpepper choppped
  • 4whole lettuce leaves
  • 3 Tbspmayo
  • 2 Tbspsandwich spread
  • 150 gmpaneer
  • 1 tspgarlic ginger paste
  • 2 Tbsphung curd
  • 2 Tspcumin powder
  • 2 Tspchilli powder
  • Mixed herbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastePepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the Mayo, sandwich spread, chopped veggies and couscous. Add salt to taste, herbs and 1 TSP chilli powder.

  2. 2

    Take the hung curd, add garlic and ginger paste,add salt, cumin powder, mixed herbs and chilli powder. Make a paste out of it. Take the paneer and cut small cubes. Marinate them in the paste for minimum 15-20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Once the paneer is marinated, grill it on a grill pan till a golden colour is achieved.

  4. 4

    Take a slice of bread, add the veggie and mayo spread, put the paneer slices on top, followed by a lettuce leaf. Add couscous and sprinkle salt and pepper. Put a cheese slices on top, cover the sandwich with the other slide and toast it.

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney or ketchup
