
Vegetable Sandwich

Mix the Mayo, sandwich spread, chopped veggies and couscous. Add salt to taste, herbs and 1 TSP chilli powder.

Take the hung curd, add garlic and ginger paste,add salt, cumin powder, mixed herbs and chilli powder. Make a paste out of it. Take the paneer and cut small cubes. Marinate them in the paste for minimum 15-20 minutes.

Once the paneer is marinated, grill it on a grill pan till a golden colour is achieved.

Take a slice of bread, add the veggie and mayo spread, put the paneer slices on top, followed by a lettuce leaf. Add couscous and sprinkle salt and pepper. Put a cheese slices on top, cover the sandwich with the other slide and toast it.

Serve with chutney or ketchup
