  • 1 bowlsabut moong(night mein shok karein)
  • 2 spoonGinger chop
  • 2Green chilli chop
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonJeera
  • 1/2 spoonJeera powder
  • 1/2 spoonChat masala
  • Butter/ghee
  • Green coriander chop

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixer mein moong dal daale usme ginger, green chilli daal kar grind kar paste bana le.

  2. 2

    Ab paste mein chop coriander or sabhi masale milaye.

  3. 3

    Ab agar better jyada ghadha lage tab paani daal kar theek kar le.

  4. 4

    Ab gas par ek nonstick tva garam karein us par butter lagayeinor tisu paper se saaf karein or kadchi se better ko tve par faila or palt kar butter lagakar pakaye.

  5. 5

    Aise hi sabhi chille bana le.

  6. 6

    Garma garam chille ko green chutney ya imle ki chutney ke saath serve karein.

  7. 7

    Esko hum evening snack ya breakfast mein bhi le saktein hai.
