Ingredients

2bowl
  • 2 cupsPuffed Rajgira
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Black salt as per taste(but needed)
  • 1/2 cupRoasted crushed and some whole peanuts
  • 1grated potato(medium)
  • Sugar little
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 5green chillis paste with cumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Grated potato deep fry and make it crispy keep a side

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil,then add green chilli paste fry it little crispy

  3. 3

    Then add peanuts, sugar, fried potato,black salt, normal salt

  4. 4

    Lastly add puffed rajgira and mix it up...on very low flame

    Ready to eat upvas spicy chivda but for upma

    Boil a cup of water remove in a serving bowl..and add this chivda mix it...It tastes amazing spicy...
