Ingredients

  1. 3Bell Peppers (Orange, Green, Red)
  2. 1Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Rodo)
  3. 2 PoundsFlank Steak
  4. 2 TbspBrown Sugar
  5. 2Fingers Plantain
  6. 1 TbspSoy Sauce
  7. 1 TbspVinegar
  8. 2 CupsWater or Stock
  9. 1 1/2 TbspCorn Starch
  10. 1 TspSalt
  11. 1 TbspCoconut Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Slice all the peppers into desired sizes and set aside.

  2. 2

    Slice all the plantains; Sprinkle the Salt on it, Set aside.

  3. 3

    In a small Pan, Heat up the coconut oil and lightly fry the sliced beef; set aside.

  4. 4

    In a Wok, Combine the Water or Stock Corn Starch, Sugar, Soy Sauce and Heat till it becomes a thick consistency.

  5. 5

    Add the Sliced peppers into the heating mixture and stir intermittently for 8 mins.

  6. 6

    For the Plantains, Deep fry in whatever oil you choose until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve! It’s Ready 😏😏
