I love this dip with pakora and different types of snacks

Soak tamarind in water for 15 minutes.

Now take oil in pan add whole red chilli and cumin seeds fry for 2 minutes in low heat then add soaked tamarind with water and seeds if u want to remove seeds that will also better.Add sugar,salt,red chilli powder now cover it up cook for 10 minutes at low heat.
