  • 2 cupspeanut's powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 litrewater
  • 200 gnkanka

    Peel cassava and dice

  2. 2

    Boil cassava with salt until well cooked

  3. 3

    Add peanuts and close the lid

  4. 4

    In a separate small pot boil nkanka for 3minutes and drain water

  5. 5

    Add nkanka to the cassava pot mix well together and let it steam for 15minutes

  6. 6

    Serve as a main meal
