Heat the butter and add the flour. Keep stirring the flour so that lumps don’t form. Add salt and pepper and take off heat when it thickens. If it thickens too much, add milk.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. sauté onions, mushrooms followed by other vegetables.

Add red chilli powder and salt. To the vegetables, add the boiled pasta followed by the sauce. Add mixed herbs and mix it. Garnish with coriander.
