Cooking Instructions

First of all take a plate put all Baigan, wash them. Onions is grinded separately to make onions paste, after than ginger garlic paste also we will ready.

Then cut it longitudinal, then put half table spoon of haldi powder and salt, marinate it for five minutes.

Now take a deep kadhai, put five tables spoon mustard oil, heat them on gas stove. Now fry this marinated Bagun at both sides.

After frying and keep out into another plate, and take another plate keep out all spices according to measurement in a spoon.

Then at medium flame, put all garam masala like Tejpatta, laung, Elachi, daal chinni.

Then put onion paste mix well, then add ginger garlic paste, mix well again.

Then put here, 1 teaspoon, jeera powder, red chilli powder, half teaspoon haldi powder.

Add half of teaspoon sugar and one table spoon of salt. Then add two table spoons of water.

Mix well and cook it for two minutes.

Now add one cup of curd, mix well, cook it for 30 seconds.

Then add one cup of water, after then add one table spoon of garam masala, mix well.

Then boiled it upto five minutes.

Then add one by one all fried Bagun, cover it upto 3-4 minutes then switch of the gas flame and serve it.
