Dice onion and crush garlic clove

Heat olive oil in medi saucepan and fry onions garlic and mince until brown.

Add grated carrots, mushrooms, tomato and onion mix, tomato paste and chicken stock

Add salt and pepper to taste as well as a pinch italian mixes herbs

leave mince to simmer on low heat. Add a little water if too stodgy

preheat oven to 180ºC

For the white sauce you can just use the packet mix. Alternatively make your own but I don't have the correct measurements.

lightly grease a large rectangular dish

Layer sauce, mince and lasagne sheets in that order. Aim to get at least three layers.

End off with the top layer being white sauce. cover with the cheese

bake for about 20min. use a fork to test that lasagne cooked through
