  • 3/4 cupbutter
  • 2/3 cupevaporated milk (5 1/3 oz can)
  • 1 packagessemi sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 cankraft marshmello creme
  • 1 cupchopped nuts
  • 1 tspvanilla

  1. 1

    combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan

  2. 2

    heat on medium high heat until reaches soft ball stage

  3. 3

    pour into 9x13" cake pan

  4. 4

    let cool
