Ingredients

  • 1/2 packagesfettucine (6 oz)
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 3/4 cupgrated parmasean cheese
  • 1/2 cupheavy or whipping cream
  • 2 tbspfresh parsley
  • 2garlic capsules

Steps

  1. 1

    cook fettucine and drain

  2. 2

    small sauce pan melt butter over medium heat

  3. 3

    gradually stir in the cheese then cream until well blended

  4. 4

    continue stirring constantly just to boiling point

  5. 5

    remove from heat and stir in parsley

  6. 6

    add sauce to hot noodles
