1 cupFrozen Strawberries
1 cupFrozen Additional Fruits
1 tbspSugar(None or as much as want, just to sweeten)
1 cupMilk(less or more depend on the consistency want)

Make sure fruits are frozen, out of all choice add to blender with the milk and sugar. blend until get the consistency want, can turn it into smoothie easily too.
