  • 8 cuprice crispies
  • 2 cupchocolate chips
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 3/4 cupconfectioners sugar

    melt peanut butter, chips & butter. add water & sugar.

    mix with cereal.

    press into 9x13 pan & cool.
