  2. 8 cuprice crispies
  3. 2 cupchocolate chips
  4. 1/4 cupbutter
  5. 2 tbspwater
  6. 3/4 cupconfectioners sugar

    melt peanut butter, chips & butter. add water & sugar.

    mix with cereal.

    press into 9x13 pan & cool.
