  • 1 1/4 lbhamburger
  • 4bell peppers
  • 1 packagesspanish rice
  • 1 1/4 tbspketchup
  • 2/3 cupmonterey jack cheese

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    Brown hamburger.

  3. 3

    Cut tops off of peppers and boil for about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook spanish rice.

  5. 5

    Mix burger, ketchup, and rice together.

  6. 6

    Stuff peppers with mixture and bake for 20 minutes. Top with cheese.
