Peel and wash the potatoes.

Slice the potatoes into wedges.

Slice the onions.

Add cooking oil in a sufuria with medium heat.

Stir and let it cook until its golden brown.

Add the potatoes then sprinkle paprika according to your taste.

Add salt, stir then add half a cup of water.

Then let it simmer on low to medium heat for 15-20 mins.

Serve it while its hot. It can be served with beef stew and rice.
