1 cupGreen chana
1 cupSpinach chopped. 1 bread slice
Capsicum 1 chopped small
Spring onion 2 chopped fine
Potato big 1 boiled and mashed
Green coriander 1tbsp chopped Green chillies 2 choped fine
1 tspChaat masaala Dhaniya pdr1/2 tsp
Black pepper1/2 tsp Garam masaala pdr 1/2 tsp
to tasteSalt
To cover ---Cornflour 1 tbsp+4 tbsp water
Oil to fry kababs

Grind green chana with paalak in a mixture.

Prepare cornflour and water mix and use it to cover kabab.

Mix all the ingredients with hands.Make kababs in desired shapes.Just smear them with cornflour water one by one.

Fry them on high heat.

Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
