  • 1 smallonion, diced
  • 1 tspoil
  • 60 gramsPhiladelphia light with garlic and herbs
  • 100 mlVegetable stock
  • 5 gramsParsley, chopped

    Cook the Ravioli according to the pack instructions, drain then return to the pan. Pour the sauce over the pasta and gently stir taking care not to break up the ravioli

    Divide between serving bowls and scatter with the chopped parsley.
