Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupGluten-free rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cupSambazon acai juice
  3. 1/2 cupDang toasted coconut chips
  4. 2 tbspGluten-free flour
  5. 2 tbspBuckwheat flour
  6. 2 tbspCoconut butter
  7. 2 tbspCoconut shreds
  8. 5Medjool dates
  9. 1Banana
  10. 1/4 tspGinger powder
  11. 1/4 tspVanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F on convection.

  2. 2

    Mix oats, flour, coconut chips & shreds, and flours in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Process/blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Thoroughly mix both together.

  4. 4

    Bake for 18-20 minutes, carefully flipping halfway through.
