  1. 1 mediumyellow onion
  2. 10 mediumpotatoes
  3. 1salt
  4. 1pepper
  5. 1 tspgarlic
  6. 1 pinchpaprika
  7. 1vegetable oil

30 mins
  1. 1

    heat vegetable oil on medium heat on a saucepan, add chopped onions.then reduce to low heat. constantly stiring. onions will begin to soften.

  2. 2

    in another large pan, heat vegetable oil to medium heat.

  3. 3

    cut up potatoes, add all spices to potatoes. (can always add other spices) .

  4. 4

    put spiced potatoes into the pan and let fry until ready or golden brown

  5. 5

    when potatoes are done, remove from pan and set on a plate

  6. 6

    depending on how soft you want your onions to be let them cook down where they are fairly soft

  7. 7

    remove from pan and pour over potatoes

  8. 8

    can be eaten as a main dish or side :) enjoy
