Wash poha and keep aside

In a pan yeay the oil and add mustard seeds once it crackles add curry leaves.

Chopped onions to be added now.

When onion turns bit brown add peas carrot and chopped tomatoes. Stir well

Add turmeric powder, garam Masala and punch of salt and cook coveting it for 2 mins.

Take off the lid and add poha now, stir well cook for 4 to 5 mins and at last add lemon juice and salt.

Garnish with rose tomato and to add more taste add roasted moongfali and mixture.
