  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tbspmelted butter
  • 1/4 tspsalt

    Preheat oven to 450°.

  2. 2

    Beat mixture until blended. The batter should be like a heavy cream.

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into greased cupcake tins, having them 1/3 full.

  4. 4

    Bake 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 minutes longer.
