In a large mug (roughly 200ml or more) mix the dry ingredients together

beat the egg first (not really necessary), and add the wet ingredients

then mix well (if you didn't beat the egg beforehand make sure to mix it really well and smooth, make sure there are no eggy parts)

Now place the mug in the microwave on high for 5 minutes! (time may vary as your microwaves are different)

Take it out and top it off with your favourite toppings! (personally I just sprinkle some confectioners sugar on top) Now enjoy!
