Brown rice in oil. add garlic, onion powder cook several minutes. add tomatoes and chicken bouillon. simmer until liquid is gone.

could add other spices cumin, chili powder, salt, whatever you like. can use tomato sauce or diced tomatoes instead of stewed tomatoes. also could add frozen corn and or peas or mixed vegetables, about 1cup total.
