DOUGH:

Spray a large mixing bowl with a non-stick spray. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, & salt. Whisk in the egg mixture to the bowl of yeast.

Add 1 cup flour & mix until smooth. Add the melted butter & mix well. Add the remaining 4 cups of flour in stages & mix well until stiff dough is formed. Add dough to the greased bowl. Place bowl in a warm area with a towel in top. Let rise until it doubles in size, about 1 to 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a rectangle pan with a non-stick spray.

On a flat surface, sprinkle the flour. Punch down the dough & roll it out. Spread the butter. Sprinkle the sugar, cinnamon, & pecans. Roll the dough into a log.

Cut into 8 sections. Place in the prepared pan, pin wheel side down & let rise to double size.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until browned evenly. Remove from the oven & allow to cool completely.

GLAZE:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the ingredients until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the rolls.
