Mixture me paani mix karein jaroorat anusar na jaada geela na gaadha karna hai.

Tawe me butter ya oil lagaye.

Badhe spoon se baater daale aur medium size uttappa banaye.

Uttappa thoda thick rakhe aur uske upper chopped tomatoes, chopped shimla mirch, coriander daale.

Side me oil daal kar dheemi gas me sikne de aur thodhi der dhak de.

Neeche se sikne par dusri side se sekh le.

Coconut chutney, saus ke saath serve karein.
