1/3 cupButter
1/3 cupCorn Syrup
2/3 cupBrown Sugar
2 tbspCocoa
1 tspVanilla
8 cupPuffed Wheat

Mix everything together except the puffed wheat in a saucepan.

Heat until bubbles form and then pour over the wheat and mix thoroughly.

Press into a 9x13 pan and chill.
