  1. 115 gramsdairy-free spread / butter, I use vitalite sunflower spread
  2. 4 clovegarlic, minced
  3. 2 tbspcornstarch
  4. 200 mlchicken stock
  5. 2 tbspdry white wine
  6. 120 mlfull fat coconut milk
  7. 1 tspmustard powder
  8. 1/4 tsponion powder
  9. salt & pepper
  10. 750 gramsuncooked king prawns
  11. 1 tbspchopped parsley

  1. 1

    Put the butter and garlic in a pan and melt the butter down. Add the cornstarch and stir together then remove from heat

    Add the chicken stock, coconut milk & wine and combine. Return the pan to the heat and stir until the sauce thickens

    Add the onion & mustard powders and season well with salt & pepper. Bring the sauce to the boil and add the prawns. Cook for 5 minutes or until the prawns are cooked. Add the parsley and stir in

    Serve over some gluten-free pasta and some bread to soak up the sauce
