Ingredients

  1. 1non stick cooking spray
  2. 14 ozpackage refridgerated pizza dough
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 1/2 cupsliced roasted red and/or yelow sweet peppers
  5. 2 mediumroma tomatoes thinley sliced
  6. 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1/4 tspcoarsley ground black pepper
  8. 2 tbspsnipped fresh basil
  9. 2 tbspshreeded fresh spinach

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 425. coat a 12in pizza pan with non stick spray. press dough into pan. building up edges. brush with olive oil. bake 10 min.

    remove crust from oven. arrange sweet pepper, tomato slices, and spinach on the crust. sprinkle with cheese and black pepper.

    Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes more or until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with basil
