2 cupFlour
2 tspBaking Soda
1/2 tspSalt
2Eggs
1 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupSugar
15 ozCan of Fruit Cocktail
1/4 cupBrown Sugar (for top)

Steps

Beat the eggs until they are light and then add the white sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the dry ingredients a little at a time, alternating with the fruit cocktail. Mix until smooth.

Sprinkle the 1/4 cup brown sugar over the top.

Bake at 350' for 35 minutes for cake, or for 18 minutes for cupcakes.
