Donnetta's Stuffed Italian Shells
This recipe is a really good hearty main dish and it re-heats great in the microwave or oven. Enjoy and Bon Apetit! ;-)

Brown ground beef and sausage until done. Drain if it has an excess of grease.

While the meat is cooking, boil the shells in salted water with a little olive oil. Cook until al dents, drain and rinse in cold water and set aside.

To assemble in a 9×13 pan. Spray pan lightly with cooking spray.

Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of the pan.

Fill each shell with meat full but not bulging.

Place the filled shells in the pan.
- 7
Top filled shells with remaining sauce. (Use a little more if you like.)

Sprinkle mozzarella on top of sauce.

Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
