For the base: Mix all the ingredients but pecans together and press into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the pecans over the crust.

For the caramel: Boil the butter and sugar together, stirring constantly. Once boiling, boil for 1 full minute then pour over the crust and pecans.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips over top, wait 2 minutes until they are melted and use a knife to swirl them around.

Cool and enjoy!
