1 lbLean Ground beef
2 packagesDiced peppers and onions (7 oz each)
1 1/2 cupMatchstix carrots (abt 5oz)
1 packagesSliced mushrooms (8 oz)
1 canDiced tomatoes and herbs (28 oz)
2 canChili beans (medium)
1 canCrushed pineapple, drained (8 oz)
2 tbspChili powder
1Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef in skillet on medium heat. Drain off excess drippings.

Add beef, peppers and onions, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans pineapple and chili powder to slow cooker. Stir and cover. Cook 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.

Option(s): Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
