  2. 1 lbLean Ground beef
  3. 2 packagesDiced peppers and onions (7 oz each)
  4. 1 1/2 cupMatchstix carrots (abt 5oz)
  5. 1 packagesSliced mushrooms (8 oz)
  6. 1 canDiced tomatoes and herbs (28 oz)
  7. 2 canChili beans (medium)
  8. 1 canCrushed pineapple, drained (8 oz)
  9. 2 tbspChili powder
  10. 1Salt & pepper to taste

    Brown ground beef in skillet on medium heat. Drain off excess drippings.

  2. 2

    Add beef, peppers and onions, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans pineapple and chili powder to slow cooker. Stir and cover. Cook 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.

  3. 3

    Option(s): Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
