Ingredients

  • 250 gminced beef
  • 1good pinch of your favourite spice mix
  • 1large pinch of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add minced beef to a bowl,

    Mix gently and leave to rest for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Add spice and salt

  4. 4

    Then grill, pan-fry, bake to your liking

  5. 5

    5mins on each side for medium rare

  6. 6

    The salt messes with the protein in the meat helping it bind really well together

  7. 7

    Construct as you wish
