3potatoes quartered
8 ozapplesuuce
1 tbspcinnamon
1/4 cupchicken stock
1/4 tspcurry powder to taste
1sprinkle of parsley
1salt n pepper to taste

Preheat oven 385

Rinse chops, wash potatoes

Add applesauce, cinnamon, curry, salt n pepper, stock, to pan and mix

Mix chops in pan n ingredients, 1/4 the potatoes and add to chops n ingredients skin up.sprinkle w/parsley

Bake , covered w/foil , (poke holes in foil ) 1Hour.
