Ingredients

  • 1 cupgraham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cupground pecans
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 cupbutter, melted
  • 2 packagescream cheee, softened
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 2eggs
  • 1/4 cupcaramel ice cream topping
  • 1 cupchopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 °F.

  2. 2

    In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and sugar. Pour in the melted butter. Mix well and press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.

  3. 3

    Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time.

  4. 4

    Pour filling into crust. Bake for 70 min or until set.

  5. 5

    Combine caramel topping and pecans and spread over cooled cheesecake. Chill for 4 hours.
